Write a first blog post

Objective

The goal of this project is to publish my first blog post on my medium blog.

Introduction

Since a very long time, I have identified that writing is a communication skill I need to get better at. Generally speaking, writing is about making your thought process more durable and giving a broader audience access ¹. Nonetheless, accessibility also has something to do with the quality of one's writing ². In the end its about practicing and growing the habit. I see that a lot of people practice their writing skills by running a personal blog. I have setup a medium space, but never put any content on it. Even though I am not a big fan of its current look & feel, I don't want to revamp the entire blog just to have another excuse not to get to the important part: Writing a first post. In addition to that, the scope of this project looks interesting with regards to growing the habit of maintaining my zettelkasten. It will help me to research a bit about a particular topic I want to write about.

I read about the concept of an idea farm ³ and created one to list ugly-formatted & rough ideas for blog posts I could write about. There you go
